5 Awesome Ways To Eat Apples



I've never met an apple I didn't want to eat. That's the great thing about this wonder fruit — they taste awesome in just about any form. Throw them in with sausage or into a traditional pie, or even slather them with peanut butter — they are always delicious, always a winner. 1. ADD IT TO YOUR CHILI

Add chopped apples to vegetarian chili made with black and/or pinto beans, along with vegetables such as bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and onions.

2.TOSS IT IN WITH YOUR STIR-FRY

Add sliced apples to a veggie and shrimp stir-fry. For sauce, use a mix of coconut oil, orange juice, brown rice vinegar, grated ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Serve over wild rice. 

3. MIX IT INTO A BURGER

Add a shredded apple to extra-lean organic ground turkey. Sprinkle with minced garlic and Italian herb seasoning.

4. TOP YOUR PIZZA
